Burnley have released goalkeepers Martin Dubravka and Vaclav Hladky following their relegation from the Premier League but remain in discussions with Axel Tuanzebe and Ashley Barnes over new deals.

Ex-Newcastle United keeper Dubravka, 37, made 35 appearances for Burnley last term while 35-year-old Hladky played just five games in two seasons with the club.

While they both depart Turf Moor, Tuanzebe and Barnes are in talks to stay.

DR Congo defender Tuanzebe, 28, featured 15 times for the Clarets last season, having joined on a free transfer from Ipswich Town.

Veteran forward Barnes, 36, has made 320 appearances in total over two spells with the club and had re-joined last season on an 18-month deal.

Meanwhile, under-21s Jack McEvilly, Logan Pye, Tom Tweedy, Charlie Veevers, Roman Egan-Riley, Joe Ashton, Charlie Casper, Tommy McDermott and Marley Leuluai will all leave the club.
