Liverpool goalkeeper Alisson Becker has returned to the club after sustaining a “suspected concussion” on international duty with Brazil.

The 32-year-old was substituted late on in the 2-1 World Cup qualifying win over Colombia on Friday after a nasty clash of heads with former Tottenham defender Davinson Sanchez.

Alisson will now return to Merseyside for assessment by Liverpool’s medical staff.
