Brighton have agreed a deal to sign Nigeria winger Femi Azeez from Millwall.
The 25-year-old scored 11 goals and provided eight assists in 37 games last season, earning a place in the PFA Championship team of the year.
Azeez has been pushing for a move to the Premier League, with Millwall rejecting at least three bids from the Seagulls in recent weeks.

Millwall midfielder Massimo Luongo has signed a one-year contract at The Den.
Luongo, 33, played 11 times for the Lions last season before his campaign was ended by a knee injury in October.
He was released by Millwall in May but has re-joined the club just over two months later in the hope of helping Alex Neil’s side build on their play-off finish last term.

Millwall have signed forward Tairyk Arconte from French second division side Rodez for an undisclosed fee.
The 22-year-old Guadeloupe international scored 14 goals in 32 Ligue 2 appearances last season – with 13 of them coming for Rodez after he joined them from Pau.
It was his second spell with Rodez, having previously featured on loan for the club while on the books at Brest.
